You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to competitions. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws, infringe on rights of others, or contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material.
Competition administrators are responsible for managing their competitions, including setting rules, managing participants, and moderating content within their competitions.
Public competitions may be visible to anyone. Private competitions require a password to join. Competition administrators are responsible for managing access appropriately.
Competitions are free for up to 5 participants. Competitions with more than 5 participants require a Standard subscription ($5/year per competition). White label features are available for $50/year per competition.
Subscriptions are billed annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
